Sandra Vary Director, Dick Melloni Memorial Christmas Toy Drive
Sandy is a licensed hair stylist and owner of Sassy Swirls Hair Salon in Wareham, Massachusetts. Sandy, a long-time friend of Dick Melloni, was the driving force behing establishing the Dick Melloni Youth Foundation. Immediately following Dick's death in 1993, Sandy along with the help of Dick's wife Sybil organized the Dick Melloni Memorial Toy Drive to honor Dick. It was this selfless act that drew us all together in this great initiative. Without the foresight, motivation and love that these women showed us all in those first crucial years, the Dick Melloni Youth Foundation would never have come to be. So, we all thank you Sandy and Sybil for starting us down this long and winding road. 15 years later, Sandy and Sybil are still there, organizing and directing the Dick Melloni Memorial Toy Drive.
